I saw the documentary that had this scene, William Shatner interviewed all of the captains of star trek. It was pretty good, it might still be on Netflix if I remember right.

@Japanese Ghost That is strange, I know that they got Netflix in America and Canada, are the Europeans too good for crappy movies and sub par TV shows?
@Japanese Ghost They dub everything, bah no wonder Europe is always five years behind our TV shows. Though, why they would want to dub TV shows like the Jersey Shore doesn't make any sense to me.
