The REAL reason he does that is because at that altitude its the only way to ensure you don't wet yourself when you look down. His undies are on the outside of his pants, so it'd be double bad.
@etarakupu Solution: Underwear needs to be worn under the pants and the pants need to be liquid proof, so it doesn't show the embarrassing evidence.
