(This is Entry #8 in the Pseudoish Wisdom Series)
I like listening to podcasts like Eventual Millionaire, not because I will ever be a millionaire but because I like to listen to the routines of those successful few.
I recently heard on E.M. that to-do lists are evil. I think the idea that to-do lists are evil is that it doesn’t allow one to use their time wisely enough. I sort of agree with that.
If you are an entrepreneur or are considered self-employed I think a to-do list such as Todoist is awesome! I have been using Todoist for 13 weeks and I have completed 999 tasks. How many tasks did I get done the 13 weeks before I began using Todoist? Not a clue.
Now, what about scheduling? I believe it can be great also. But how does one know what to schedule without the so-called evil to-do list? To-do lists really proceed the schedule, right?
So, I don’t believe to-do lists are evil unless you just don’t like to GTD®.
