(This is Entry #9 in the Pseudoish Wisdom Series)
The other day I talked about how some think to-do lists are evil and people should use a schedule. Today I used a schedule. I had a morning soon-to-be ritual. Then I ate the frog. Or in other words I finished my most difficult task of the day. It took me 40 minutes. After 40 minutes of working I had a fairly easy day planned out… or at least it felt easy because I ate the frog first thing.
I was nice and relaxed when I took my son to Burger King for daddy/son time. The cheapo-deapo bacon cheese burger was awful.
I dropped my son off at home and then went to the gym to stair step for 20 mins. After exercising my brain was ready to get back to my schedule.
I finished the day strong and it’s because I took my to-do list and implemented into my schedule.
Give schedules a try and see if you get more done while being more relaxed.
